Whether you’re a dazed newborn Mumma
still finding your way, or a super-Mumma in it up
to your knees, winging it like a Queen with a whole tribe of little beauties, you definitely won’t be alone in feeling slightly- or a whole damn heap of- knackered, overwhelmed or totally, utterly, full on frazzled! I’m not really sure where I stand (sit, or lie) with this whole “self-care” phenomenon, which is flying around at the moment, but I do absolutely believe that you’ll be one hell of a more chilled, compassionate Mumma if you take a
little time away from the chaos, the noise,
the physical and emotional demands
of motherhood each week.

More than just relaxation! Defrazzle is group hypnotherapy, prepare for positive changes to happen
A welcoming, non-judgemental & safe space to escape the chaos and responsibility of being a Mumma for a whole hour
Honest and open chat with a group of local Mummas; a safe place in which to get it all off your chest and let us know how you're really feeling...and how you'd actually like to feel instead
35 minutes of guided deep relaxation & hypnotherapy based on how you’re feeling each week
Comfort & reassurance: I will be scribbling notes as you explain how you’ve been feeling, so that I can create positive suggestions and assist you in changing those unwanted thoughts into more productive, calmer and positive feelings.
Deeply restorative emotional balancing; Your mental health is just as important as your physical well being, to be the best Mumma you can, you need to look after yourself first, your WHOLE self!
You'll leave the class feeling;
Revived, re-energised and defrazzled! 20 minutes of deep relaxation is supposed to equate to 4-6 HOURS of deep sleep…imagine that- total bliss!
Relaxed & relieved! Knowing that taking time out for yourself to recharge and reflect is so massively important

As with all mind reprogramming techniques, the more you do, the more profound the effects will be, but even after your first class you’ll notice the difference in your approach to parenting and general well being

Classes are for a maximum of 10 women to ensure an intimate class where each person can share their feelings and the weekly script can be tailored to suit the desired changes that need to be made.
75 minute classes are to be block booked per half term
£12.50 per class

Morning classes in Bolney are for a maximum of 10 women and are for Mummas with babies, toddlers & preschoolers and beyond...
